"First off the hotel isn't even the same name you book it under. The smoke alarm in our room was beeping all night long, the blinds do not close and the toilet was leaking, got our clothes soaked. The area is sketchy too. I left my kids outside (23 and 14) to go get a cart for our luggage and a man was trying to circle our car until they started being very loud. We only stopped to sleep on our way home but i would never book again."

"The place was filthy. The floors look like they had never been swept let alone mopped. The windowsills were filled with mold. No screens in the windows. When I requested for the air conditioners to be put in for the 80 degree temperatures the request fell on deaf ears. "

"We had a great stay here over Christmas - the house was perfect for what we needed - three families, close to attractions, comfortable, lots of communal space but also a space to step away so it didn't ever feel too crowded even though there were a lot of us. The kitchen was really well stocked - far better than most vacation rentals - so we could cook a large dinner quite easily. The host communicated clearly and was responsive to all contacts. It worked out perfectly. "
