"Our room was clean, workers helpful and pleasant, pool was shut down our last day there so completely bummed as that’s what we had planned after we went to the game. They stress it is a no party, no smoking hotel however we smelled marijuana the ENTIRE time we were there. The elevators were STRONG, and the top floor must be the pot floor"

"This hotel is adorable and in a great location. But, it continues to exist despite itself. We’ve stayed a few times while going to a U Cincy event, and there’s always some kind of billing or other problem. This time, there was a fire alarm at 3am, and we were all evacuated. The staff was nowhere while we all filed out, and then they couldn’t even direct us to a staircase to get back to our room. They did provide free breakfast vouchers, but we’d already paid for the breakfast vouchers and had to seek a reimbursement through Hotels.com. What a pain! The staff is nice, but usually clueless."

"When checking the front desk employee's struggles to find a room for me when I arrived about 430/5pm for my reservation. I was given a room when I quickly went put down my bag, and left for a dinner reservation. When returning I realize the room was not clean. Trash was piled under the sink and smelled like it was left for a while but overall not clean. The employee at night wanted to put up a fight but quickly offered another room which corrected that situation but definitely changed the mood for the evening."

"We had a nice long weekend stay. The house was clean, well appointed, and so many windows to let in the light. The memory foam bed was super comfortable. There is a great little coffee shop a block away that was nice for us from Seattle. This location was close to downtown and easy access to the freeway. The communication with the hosts was great and super quick if we needed anything. "

"Please read this before booking this property. The pictures are somewhat deceiving. And the area didn’t feel safe. The kitchen area is nice. That’s where it ends. There is built up dust in the corners of carpet, the couch arm was covered in dirt, the big rug in the living room is dirty, and the outside area is all torn up. On the second night of our stay, we saw a man walking down the street with a large kitchen knife, looking like he was on a mission. He then came back and hung out in front of this property. It was very unsettling. I shared this info with the host, but they felt disinterested and said it’s a safe area. All that being said, the beds were comfy and the sheets were really soft. That alone wouldn’t be enough for me to ever book this property again."
