"We were upgraded to a ground floor ocean view unit. While we appreciated the extra space, we found the lack of seating in the lounge area inconvenient. While there were two extra beds in the lounge area (for families we assume), there was no comfortable seating for watching tv. The two chairs in the room were just too low, especially for older people. "

"Our room had excellent views of the Bay, the garden was beautiful and quiet. Our room had no bug screen but a can of mosquito spray was provided. Regardless, we ended up with lots of mosquito bites, which really ruined our stay. If staying there, ask the owner for a room with bug screen."

"Very spacious, clean and comfortably accommodation. The room opened onto a deck with outdoor furniture, overlooking the gardens at the front of the motel and the bay. The room was cosy and provides everything we needed for one night or a week. The location is exceptional overlooking the bay and with walking paths over the hills at the rear that lead into Coromandel. Delightful. The Coromandel Peninsula is so beautiful and we would love to visit again and would definitely stay at Harbour View...

"We stayed in the penthouse suite for a very affordable price during off peak. Overlooking the water. Bed was so comfortable, i had the best nights sleep. Option of a separate bath and shower. Lazy boy chairs to enjoy the seaview. All Sky Channels. We loved it!"
