"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"Fabulous Hotel with great employees. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a lot of info about Vienna public transport including maps etc. Very rare these days when checking into hotels. Beds were so comfortable! This was our 5th hotel on this trip & we had the best sleep! Breakfast was good with a nice variety & fabulous fresh fruit salad. We ate at the small bistro one night & food was good. Small menu but good for a light meal. It was lovely to sit outside with no-one else around smoking (one of my pet peeves in European Cities is that people can smoke where you eat) Can highly recommend The Harmione!"

"Very cheap rooms. Very uncomfortable. No closets, no night stand, not a single lamp or light in the room above eye height, very dark at night. Open place to hang clothes, that's it. This is ABSOLUTELY not a 4-star hotel. The room is 2-star level. Location is very subpar also - too far from center of town. Breakfast is OK. Some in the staff are very unhelpful - our AC didn't work for a full day (it was so uncomfortable), yet they first refused to do change our room when they couldn't fix it. Only after a strong word with them they changed our room. Only 3 irons for 157 rooms! So don't expect to be able to iron your clothes. No mini fridge in the room. Tiny hot water kettle. No weighing scale in the entire hotel. No concierge or anyone to help with luggage. Everything is cheap and poor. I would never, ever stay here. Very "legal" type behavior of one staff member with us - who kept on making excuses, and wouldn't give us the room until EXACTLY 3pm, their official check-in time. Come on, this is your hospitality level? Shameful, since the room magically became available EXACTLY at 3PM."

"Excellent properly very convenient for arrivals by train from airport and connection to city by train. Also within walking distance to the centre of Vienna. Hotel smells nice - Amenities were good bed very comfortable. It was our 20th wedding anniversary hotel didn’t take any notice for our request for a room with a view instead we were on 4th floor with view of other offices in front of us. Breakfast was very good however, the person making hot breakfast was very rude and made customers wait for so long making eggs and waffles and on a couple of occasions send me away and said come back and he had given my waffle to another customer and I had to wait again! I think hotel needs to review this staff attitude and serving time. Also coffee and tea at the machine was nightmare with long ques. Other than that I would recommend the hotel but I wish they made more attention to our request to make our stay more special."

"- There is no staff on-site, and staff do not always answer the support phone number. - The key pad on the kiosk is terrible. They ask for lots of verification information, and it's painful to type it in on a poorly operating keypad. I restarted the process twice because of the keyboard. - On checkout the kiosk wasn't working at all - They use an access code rather than an access card. This has pros and cons, but having the break out your phone to find the code is a pain - The rate was fair. - The room was clean and comfortable. - The D tram runs in front of the hotel. - There is underground parking"
