"Room was a great size and modernly decorated. Bathroom was definitely updated and nice hot showers. Fantastic location downtown within walking distance to shops, restaurants and trails. Parking included was a terrific bonus (some covered). Breakfast included was also delicious. Their in-house hot cereal was very flavorful and choices of hot versus cold was lovely. Truly enjoyed our stay."

"This is a very unique property. The fireplaces in the room make it very cozy. We stayed in a king suite which was very nice. We were there for a wedding and the bridal party rented the O’Conner house (the Villa) which was absolutely stunning! The property itself is very beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. "It truly was a castle in the Rockies. The staff made sure it was a memorable trip for my entire family"

"If you're looking for a beautiful, and affordable place to stay, look no further than this place! I stay here every time I visit!"

"We have stayed at the Hidden Ridge many times and have always enjoyed our stay. This visit was a little disappointing with the fact the jets weren’t working properly in the hot tub and the firewood was a little damp and hard to keep a fire burning."

"Enjoyed the stay in Banff, hotel was very convenient to Banff Ave for shopping and access to great restaurants."

"Not to bad and close to the Keg 👍"
