"Clean room and good air conditioning however there is no fan in the bathroom so it gets steamy quickly, breakfast was mediocre and you have to pay an additional $10 per night per vehicle for parking which is a bit ridiculous. Elevator safety permit expired in 2025"

"We will always come here. We get the ocean view room with balcony and we just love it. To be able to sit out there at night and listen to water and people watch on the boardwalk. Just a neat little place. The only think I don't like is the parking. It's small but hey better than having to find parking somewhere!"

"The room was wonderful! Spacious and clean. The restaurant had great food. Friendly staff. Very relaxing stay. I love how dog friendly it is too. It’s tucked away where you feel far away but it’s actually pretty close to down town Santa Cruz and the boardwalk. We will definitely stay again!"
