"From the moment we had a small room issue, the staff was outstanding. They provided a perfect replacement room immediately, no questions asked. I was also so impressed by the housekeeping team—they are some of the hardest-working people I've seen, keeping everything spotless and always being so nice. They do a truly great job. The room itself was a dream for a long stay. The hardwood floors were beautiful, the desk was perfect for getting work done, and the bed was fantastic. It has that perfect balance of soft and firm that's so good for your back. I slept better here than I have in ages. Honestly, I could stay here indefinitely. The location is a perfect getaway spot, with so much to do and so many restaurants, all easily accessible even without a car. Highly recommended! Good balance of quality and price... and great staff."

"Beautiful hotel, designed in a 1960s meets modern style. Very clean. They stock the fridge in the suite with sodas, which are complementary. Great restaurant. Awesome staff. 5 star stay. Rolled my eyes at the $10 overnight parking fee. The garage looked otherwise free and you’re in some very empty suburbs that aren’t struggling for space. Do better here and eliminate that charge. "

"The staff was super nice and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The room was good but could be cleaner - there was some oily stains on the carpet and some spots in the corners of the bathroom that looked like they could use a good scrub, but everything else looked clean and decent. They had some construction stuff out back that hints to them remodeling some rooms so I’m looking forward to trying them again next year to see if we can get one of the remodeled rooms."
