"Cozy, clean and family environment"

"The rooms were supposedly non-smoking but had a stale smoke smell, especially on the third floor. There was no screen on our window even though we were able to open the window. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor, so we needed to be careful not to injure ourselves. The light in the elevator area was out during our stay and others mentioned it had been out all weekend. Then there was the pool area; the chlorine and other chemicals were so strong I could not stand being in the pool area...

"Property and building were poorly taken care of. Weeds all over . My thought right away upon entering was that if the outside area is full of weeds and garbage then what does the inside look like. I wasn’t far off, floors and other areas dirty and everything seemed cheap."

"Property was very nice. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Blackout blinds were great seeing we came in very late and the blinds allowed us to sleep in the next morning. The only thing that I'd see as a potential problem is there is a karaoke bar very close to this hotel. Like I said above we arrive pretty late Friday night and the bar was in full swing. "Room is dirty including a nasty used Kleenex on the floor. The room STUNK of vinegar and was dark and unkept. Rusty, stained toilets and the most uncomfortable bed of all time. Kids running up and down the halls and zero help lugging bags up to the second floor. The “free breakfast” was half cooked ham and runny scrambled eggs. Sure they had cereals but the milk was sour and the yogurt had expired too. We booked 2 nights and left after one. We woke up with such splitting headaches from the...
