"They were really nice actually we got a little a little early and They allowed to still check-in. I thought when I booked the reservation that parking was free with the reservation, but they were very nice and they accommodated us for the misunderstanding that we booked on Expedia. They also were also that fees that we weren’t aware of that we thought we were already added into our Bill in which they also work with us on them as well over all the staff were very friendly and understanding the whole time that we were their. I couldn’t asked for a better staff, and the breakfast was awesome as well as the Nonalcoholic drinks because we don’t drink alcohol"

"No mini fridge’s in rooms or ice bucket. I have a medical condition that requires my medication to be refrigerated. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the girls at the front desk were very apologetic and offered to have a mini fridge brought up. I told them no need but an ice bucket would be sufficient. They quickly fetched a bucket and filled it with ice for me. Front desk service was outstanding. We found the room itself was complicated. Why do you need to put a card in the wall slot inside the room to operate the lights? Towel bars and/ hooks in the bathroom shower would be nice. There’s no place to put wet towels besides the floor! Room was a tad small but it served its purpose. The gathering area on each floor is a great meeting space with large screen TV and games. The coffee in room was not our favorite (pour and seep). Would’ve preferred a coffee maker. Location was great, not far from the river, parking garage across the street, shops and restaurants galore. The concept has just been open for 30 or so days. Extremely clean, and the roof top bar & pool area was fantastic. Even with the positive aeration pointed out, we probably will not return, only because we are a retired elderly (hate it admit) that likes things simple. Younger generations would probably love it more than us. Regardless, our 3 night stay in Savannah was great"

"We were absolutely blown away by the Olde Harbour Inn. The woman we spoke to at check in was pleasant. They offer appetizers, coffee, tea and wines in the evening to all guests which we enjoyed. After check in, an employee by the name of Kevin showed us to our room then walked us back to our car to assist us with our bags. Truly a 5 star experience and a very great way to start our stay. The room itself was excellent. When booking I didn't realize I was booking an apartment essentially. The queen suite includes a full living room, a small kitchen room with a full sized fridge, coffee maker and microwave and then a separate full bedroom with a TV and white noise machine. There was also 2 champagne bottles and 2 Klondike bars waiting for us in the room which was a nice little welcoming touch. The property itself is from the 1800s which I found made it even more charming. We had no bad things to say about this place. Parking was a little difficult for us to find as they're almost situated in an alley but there was plenty of parking. Our room had a river view and we were walking distance to lots of restaurants and gift stores. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to historic Georgia. I wish we had more time here! We were already talking about returning before even checking out!"

Hotel is central to everything as we walked to everything. Very charming breakfast room. We will chose Marshall House again."
