These rooms are so nice, clean and quiet. Although you have to register at the casino, which was old and smokey, but once you entered the elevator to go to your room the entire vibe changes. The Hotel is definitely we will return to when travelling to or through Ely.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and well stocked. We got the penthouse which included drink tickets. The first floor has a full casino, but it didn't affect the sound in our room on the 6th floor

Overall, I had a great experience at Hotel Nevada. They are remodeling, so there is some dust, but the rooms are clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The only real drawback was the bathroom fan. It was so loud! I like a soaking bath in the eve, and the fan was so loud that I couldn't stand to turn on the light. The food was good and reasonably priced, and right there, available in-house.

We stayed while driving from PHX to BOI. It was a place to sleep. We got there around 8:30 pm and left next morning at 8 am. We did eat at the cafe, it was ok.m, generous portions. They serve their homemade meatloaf with a ketchup drizzle. Overall, it was fine. Bed was comfortable and noise very minimal.

The rooms were so quaint I had a luxury Suite on the sixth floor and it was so nice great views of the mountains I saw the steam train go by it was pretty amazing. It's an old building though so the doors you can hear things in the hallway at night you know like people going to their rooms and talking and stuff but other than that it was perfect

I liked the location, the pet friendly policy and thought the old building was quaint and could offer us an experience. There were several restaurants close by with choice of cuisines. The room was very small, the bathtub was old, damaged and the shower head was very grossly covered with calcium, I guess. I did not shower so "oh well". The casino atmosphere/cigarette smoke was depressing. We came and went several times to take the dog out and simply hated that smell! I doubt we'll be back.
