"I liked this hotel very much. It was warm and welcoming and the staff were friendly and very helpful if you needed anything.
The breakfast was amazing, fresh and cooked to perfection. The bar meals were very good to and all reasonably priced. I would most definitely stay here again as it felt like one big happy and homely place to stay. Would recommend it to all friends and family. "
"This is an outstanding property in a quiet, picturesque part of Stoke-on-Trent (the village of Barlaston). Morgan at Reception on Tuesday afternoon 15/7/25 was fantastic… very helpful, very pleasant! Dinner was very nice…and the wait staff pleasant and efficient! Our room was well appointed and beds very comfortable, with a nice ensuite and shower. This property exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this property! "A basic but very clean and comfortable hotel. The lady on reception obviously loves her job, she was so friendly and helpful. McDonald's is next door for food. Will definitely stay here again. Oh and a message to management, give that receptionist a pay rise!"

"My mum and I had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel. It’s set around a beautiful, tranquil courtyard garden with a Koi fishpond. The room was lovely, clean, fresh and quiet. The owner is adorable, friendly and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us including a last minute room change to a family room. I will definitely be staying here again. If I could give you 10*s, I would. Congratulations on a perfect hotel. "

Blue badge parking, disapointing, only 2 places, then there is no lift from the car park, which is directly beneath reception. In stead, you have to walk outside, up and around to enter. Ok when it is dry."
