Last minute trip away & we found a gem! Dog friendly bedrooms, beautiful building, non pretentious, great food, pianist on Saturday night, staff with personality that couldn’t do more for you & a packed lunch to fuel the days walking - not quite sure what else I could ask for!

The Biggin Hall Country House Hotel in the heart of the Peak District was luxurious and cosy. The Breakfasts, afternoon tea and dinners were delicious. The staff are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. We look forward to visiting the hotel again in the future.

Had a wonderful weekend stay. The staff were excellent and did everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Our room was warm and cosy and the food was delicious. A good location for walking. We would definitely stay here again.

Very attractive area in Derbyshire Dales and quiet country house setting on edge of village. We stayed in the main house. A warm welcome, accommodating staff, laid back vibe and fab food - which was also amazing value for money. The price for a night wasn't the lowest around, however it did include a spectacular breakfast, a couple of lovely welcome drinks awaiting us in the mini fridge, a great selection of teas, coffees, biscuits and also, unexpectedly, a packed lunch each for our next day! Fab ❤️
