"We stayed here for a week and we were put in an adjoining room. We could hear every conversation in the other room and they weren’t quiet. There were no drawers to put our clothes so we had to keep everything in our opened suitcases on the table. There was 1 cockroach found in the room on the fridge. The room had a great view of the ocean on the 11th floor with a nice balcony to relax on. There were only 3 restaurants to choose from and they usually served the same food. Not a ton of amenities, the bars don’t open until 11-12! The gym had very few machines and some were broken. To my gringo friends: do not eat at the hotdog/hamburger food cart unless you want bathroom issues. Overall we had a relaxing time, but got bored by the 4th or 5th day. "

"We stayed in a villa on the ocean side and found the room to be traditional Mexican style very clean and spacious with a great setting overlooking the Bay. The resort spans two sides of the street which allows guests to have both the marina AND ocean experience. The Beach is small but swimmable. The are is very safe and walking distance to the marina which has lots of shops and restaurants. The food at each restaurant on site was good!"

From the moment Ricardo greeted us upon arrival to the moment our housekeeper Margarita wished us a good trip home, every single staff member we encountered was fantastic. Without a doubt, this is the best treatment I've received at any hotel or resort I've visited in over 50 years of travelling. As a bonus, it was nice to stay at the resort where one of my favorite Apple TV shows was filmed: Acapulco!"
