"Everyone was very professional, accommodating and helpful. We all had a wonderful time. We like this resort because we like the peace and quiet that it offers. The meal options are great and we like that the portions are perfectly sized. Our main reason for coming here, tho, is the beach area, which is very nice and very relaxing. We always book during a full moon, and this stay did not disappoint. The moon lighting up the ocean at night is beautiful. We loved ending our night at Beloved with a drink in the deck chairs. We can’t wait to go back!"

"So conveniently located close to the mall, the Avenida, the church. Resort is smaller compared to the ones we’ve visited in the past, but we like how it’s quiet, laid back and not too overwhelming. Food is so good esp in the Asiana restaurant. Also love how big the rooms are with its own hot tub. Server Joseph in the Mexican restaurant and Sergio in the Spice buffet stood out for us. Very helpful and hardworking. Thanks for a wonderful stay, will definitely consider coming back if we head out again this way"

"The pools are lacking and kind of gross. They were cloudy and had stuff floating around. The vibes poolside are loud Spanish music and a rowdy older crowd sitting around the swim up bar. You definitely don’t want to put your head or face in the water. Barstools are slimey too. The room was nice and the balcony was a great touch. Staff was friendly and nice. The buffet is convenient and pretty good. Lots of different things to choose from and it was always refilled and clean. The snack bar food is weird and we didn’t try the restaurant that required reservations. The beach was great. Its nice how close it was to the resort. There was ample loungers available and the seaweed was there but not overpowering at all! They did clean it up in the mornings too. The grounds are nice, plants well maintained and sidewalks cleaned often. The one weird part was that there are these wood walkways and tiled areas that are sooooo slippery when they are wet. It was wet several hours of the day so it was kind of scary to walk on these parts for fear of falling. The lobby was not a nice place to hang out. It has a harsh cafe type feel. The seating is not comfortable to relax in. There really isn’t any comfortable seating areas indoors and the outdoor seating is either hard plastic chairs or pool loungers. My biggest complaint was my luggage was delivered at 11pm and I was never called or told. I asked the next day at about 4pm and they brought it out. Bummer."
