"Just visited the tower hotel 1st /4th April had a great stay Room was clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was good nice selection hot and cold food. They are doing renovations at the moment which we weren't aware of until we checked in but it didn't spoil the weekend. "

There was no consistency to the vouchers given for not having daily room cleaning (one of our group got 1 another 2. 1 was told that it could not be used for breakfast and another could).The halls are very dark and would be problematic for people with vision loss. The door in the bathroom would be difficult for older/physically challenged. "
