"Because the Morgan has a poor interface with Expedia, I never received the texts they promised after I booked the room. Eventually, I was able to gain entry to the hotel with the help of a staff member who gave me a key to my room, which was up two very steep flights of steps. The room itself was superb: modern, clean, a comfortable bed, and a private roof deck. The commercial area outside the hotel is noisy until 9:00 pm or so -- and probably much later in the summer (I came during the off season.). All told, I had a good experience, largely because of the great room and convenient location."

"This is a small, tight, but charming cottage in a nice neighborhood. The only downside is that the bathrrom is on the ground floor while the two bedrooms are on the second floor up/down a narrow, steep stairway. This wasn't a terrible problem, as the owner has done a good job of lighting and improving the stairway. But those with limited mobility would find this a challenge."

"We stayed at this home during a visit to Martha’s Vineyard with our two young kids. While the location was great and the host, Carrington, was responsive and polite, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the interior of the property. There’s a beautifully done porch and retaining wall making the outdoor area ideal. There were several maintenance and housekeeping issues that we reported upon arrival. Carrington acknowledged them and said they would be addressed with the team, which we appreciated.Overall, the communication was great, location was great, but the home needed improvements in terms of readiness and upkeep. "
