"Hotel is very old, toom is very outdated. Felt dirty, strong toxic odor on third floor from construction."

"We arrived for 1night to attend a wedding. On the web for this hotel it states if you need any special requests please contact our hotel at 585-395-1000. I wanted to request an early check-in so that we could change into our wedding clothes. I tried that phone number all day long and there was never an answer. I also texted a request and never received a reply. So something needs to be addressed to this situation."
