"Hi, We arrived at your holiday park 17th October for a weekend away for 3 nights. When arriving at the caravan we notice that the caravan smelt off wee and cigarettes. After a further investigation we notice that the was a urine stain on the sofa, the sofa was also covered on crumbs and dirty. We then discovered that there was hair in the bed, sink and shower.
