"We loved our stay here! I want to specifically address the beautiful water for swimming! The entry is easy (via steps or jumping off the dock) and it’s clear and a perfect temp! "Wine and Roses is a very cute house. It is on the small size, but that was fine with us. There is a master bedroom with a small bathroom (handicap bars in the shower!). The two other bedrooms are a nice size. The hall bath is small, but more than adequate. This is an older home with older furnishings. A few of the sofas and chairs were covered. "This was a wonderful little cottage for my husband, our two small dogs, and me. Although it’s on a smaller lake, it was still conveniently located for day trips throughout the Finger Lakes. Our host was very responsive and helpful with a few small quirks we encountered during our stay. The cottage has more of a traditional cabin feel rather than a modern rental, and we absolutely loved that cozy charm!"
