"Hotel is nice, our room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Food was good at dinner and breakfast. Vegan and vegetarian options. Only negative was the absolutely dreadful smell in the bathroom in our room. A cross between mould and drains. It was overwhelming. We had a ground floor room"

"There were a number of things that made our stay worth a recommendation for others. Lovely old British-style Inn feel. Easy walk to the underground station. Quiet rooms. Easy check in. Great breakfast. Responsive management. Clean. Toiletries supplied. Teacup big enough for a good cup. Tea, coffee, and milk supplied in room. And the adorable kettle for hot water. "Good: Staff, breakfast, room size and quality. Bad: intermittent and weak WiFi signal in bedroom - constantly cutting out and dropping connection. Had to move to a public area at one point to complete Teams calls. "
