The beach is just a short stroll away, where you’ll find the popular Hut 55 for coffee, cake, and bike hire. From here, enjoy a scenic 15-minute walk along the promenade into Deal’s vibrant high street, or head in the other direction to Kingsdown for views of the White Cliffs and make sure to visit the pub on the beach (The Zetland Arms) for a bite to eat or a drink. Front bedroom - Sleeps 2, with a Kingsize bed, bedside tables, lamps, built in cupboard. Next door to this room is a walk in wardrobe for extra hanging space.
Bedroom Two
Back bedroom - Sleeps 2, with a two single beds (3ft), bedside table, lamp, built in cupboard and free standing cupboard. This bedroom looks out to the garden at the back of the house.

There is a garden to the rear of the property with seating.
Please be aware that there is only a bath at the property, no shower facilities.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
