"A really enjoyable city break in Copenhagen. Hotel well located as only a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Metro very efficient and only 15 minutes to the airport. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice foodmarket on the way to the station, just a few minutes from the hotel. Also, la Rocca the Italian restaurant right next to the hotel is definitely worth a visit. Most of the attractions are within walking or cycling distance to the hotel. Would...

"The room was not the cleanest when we got there, and even after requesting cleaning, it was clear that only surface-level cleaning happened. For our entire stay, the room had a very strange smell, and it was clear that our sheets were not being changed even when we requested them to be. Also, if you request cleaning, be prepared for housekeeping to attempt to enter your room at 8am if you do not have your "Do Not Disturb" sign hung outside."

"Great room, lovely space and amenities. Extremely clean and tidy. Loved that there was a kitchenette to cook as well. the location is very central for trains, bus rides and its so close to the airport. My only reservation is that the mattress cover could be a bit thicker and comfortable."

"Water in the shower sometimes suddenly changes to very hot"
