"I arrived here with my twin 10 year old children, traveling as a single mom. We stayed for a week. The staff was so kind and accommodating and we were VERY demanding. I needed a lot of support and they never once made me feel like I was a burden. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the food first class and the location cannot be beat. "Apparently we were upgraded. So instead of a double bed that I booked we were given a twin room with beds pushed together. The room was small even though we were told it was bigger than the room booked. This I didn’t believe but as it included access to the 12th floor lounge we decided not to query it and go with the flow instead.
A bottle of Cava was given to us on arrival too which was nice as it was our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay. "
