O Hotel é bem conservado, tudo estava muito limpo, e também é muito bem localizado. O café da manhã foi excelente e com várias opções. Um destaque para o atendimento dos funcionários, os quais foram bastante atenciosos durante a nossa estadia. Recomendo! "

"Gorgeous well kept historic property. The breakfast the the afternoon tea were outstanding. We forgot our jackets in the room's closet. The hotel staff found it. We gave them our location, a hotel in Rio de Janeiro. They mailed to us, and 2 days later we received our jackets. Outstanding hospitality service."

"Central location within a 5 minute walk for all that Petropolis has to offer. Great breakfast in a comfortable setting. Nice swimming pool area to relax. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and as the hotel couldn’t repair quickly they moved us to another room. "

We were the only people staying on the entire premises the night we spent there which provided a unique experience, especially when it came time for breakfast. The staff/owners were all very kind and helpful. No complaints at all and would stay again."

"We have a very pleasant stay. We booked the family room, which is very convenient, the only thing is that the couples room does not have air conditioning(only a fan), only the 3 beds room have air conditioning, so not good enough during the heat wave. But overall good."
