Hotel in beautiful Petropolis

We made a good choice to stay here. The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of town near all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to walk around the town and see all the interesting museums and palaces. We had a long international flight which meant we arrived at the hotel very early after little sleep overnight and luckily we were able to check in to our room straight away which was much appreciated. The breakfast was good with lovely fresh fruit, roll and cake available. We enjoyed our stay here very much

Excelente em quase todos aspectos apenas achamos que o café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Quanto aos funcionários só temos a elogiar sempre prontos a atender. E o sistema de estacionamento que é fora do hotel faz inveja a muitos hotéis que ainda não perceberam a importância de estacionamento para quem vem de longe. Parabéns.

Inseguro.

O hotel tem um elevador logo após a porta de entrada, antes da recepção. Durante a noite é possível entrar nos andares, onde estão os quartos sem passar por ninguém, não tem segurança na entrada. No nosso quarto, durante a madrugada do domingo de carnaval, foi tentado abrir a porta, forçando a fechadura.

Melhorar a limpeza.

O hotel precisa melhorar a limpeza dos quartos. Meu filho teve uma crise de asma devido à poeira. Muita sujeira em cima do split. O filtro de ar muito sujo. Pedi p limparem, mas mesmo assim ele passou mal. Fiquei muito chateada pois nao imaginava q passaria por isso nesse hotel devido ao valor q paguei no Carnaval. Espero q isso mude pois a localização é otima e o cafe da manha excelente.

Hotel agradável, atendentes solícitos e localização privilegiada. Dá pra conhecer os principais pontos turísticos a pé, a poucos minutos de distância. O restaurante não funciona às segundas-feiras à noite, mas tem um shopping a 8 minutos de caminhada.

Cidade imperial.

Central e acolhedor. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Dá para ir aos principais pontos a pé. A unica dificuldade é o estacionamento, mas voce deixa em frente e o funcionário leva e traz quando se necessita mas leva um tempinho. No resto tudo muito limpo e agradável. Tem ar-condicionado que é essencial em período de verão.
