Nice rooms and very friendly and competent personnel in a prime location. Breakfast was good with many options. Only the building is a bit old and some rooms have quirks or things that dont function 100% as they should.

The first skyscraper in Copenhagen, location is busy and near central train station which is convenient for travelled. TiVoli garden is literally across the street if you have young children a who enjoy amusement park and rides.

The room is perfect.. the view is amazing. Everyone is very nice specially Jorge amd kevin at the sesie restaurant. Very polite and attentive to the customers. The receptionists are friendly as well. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and families.

Amazing location, next to the train station. Good coffee shops, restaurants & a small grocery store within minutes. Hop on hop off bus right outside hotel. Tivoli Gardens opposite. However, there was street noise from traffic. Room was very warm & because of street noise could not open windows at night. Hotel AC is only turned on in May. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel is very dated & therefore felt tired & run down. All staff were polite professional & extremely helpful.
