"The staff was friendly and the shops are nearby. Our bedroom was on the first floor and unfortunately there was a noise until 2am in the morning and we couldn't sleep. Also, the doors to the parking lot at the back of the hotel were open the entire evening, which presents a significant security risk. We felt uneasy knowing that anyone could access the building without restriction, and it diminished our overall sense of safety during our stay. The breakfast was good. "

"It was ok, not amazing. Breakfast was mediocre at best with few choices and was the same all three mornings. No alternative options offered for any dietary restrictions. Room was clean enough but not as advertised in photos for room I thought I had booked. It is also right beside the highway and the noise impact is significant in the front facing rooms. "

"Staff was very welcoming providing an easy check-in/out and easliy accomodating for a family in split rooms. Breakfast was wonderful. Had a variety of foods to choose from - and those red velvet waffles! Chef's kiss. Rooms are spacious - could have fit a double air matress in our room - and very clean when we arrived. We did stay for two nighys and, although they do house cleaning every other day, staff provided any extras we needed and came to clean up towels after our multiple swims. Lastly, pool was very spacious and sitting area very cozy! There's enough space between chairs and pool that, even when kids jump, water never splashed far enough to reach us. Overall, we - a family of 5 - would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The staff was very friendly,and the room was very well maintained. I found it to be a huge problem that they did not have stairs available and guests could only use the elevators. There was a concert and everyone got back to the hotel at the same time. Two of the three elevators broke so we were stuck waiting in a huge line. The staff did take groups up via the service elevator but it would have been more convenient to let people take the stairs. To be clear there were emergency stairs, but guests weren't offered their use. "
