"Great room fantastic price minutes away from our venue"

"Upon arrival, staff had informed us that the room I had booked was not a suite as my receipt did say it was, and continued to blame it on Expedias end. We also called ahead to confirm and they never told us about the room change. The bed comforters had burn holes all over them, tv did not work, as well as no hot water in the bathtub we did get. Staff does not stay on site overnight so we were unable to get back in to the hotel after letting the dogs out and had to call someone for a code to get back in. After waiting for the 20 minutes for a staff member to get there I was finally able to check out at 6am due to not feeling safe in the area."
