"Clean room, id dint like the fact that I had to pay $35 per night for parking."

"Good for walking to the pasadena convention center and there is a coffee shop that is like a liquor store right across the street that is open late with travel snacks"

"Great location for the UCLA FOOTBALL game.."

"The room was decent, a bit dated. The beds were very hard, but our friends who stayed in another room said their bed was good so depends what room you get. I recommend bringing your own pillows, I went to the closest Walmart to purchase a pillow because they were very flat and made our necks hurt. There was one pincher bug in the bathroom. We also put the sign up to get our room cleaned but no one ever came so we had to use our own toilet paper that we had in our car, wish they had more towels...

"I personally like no service during my stay. I didn't have to put don't bother sign up, just asked and they complied. Staff is super nice and great area. I stayed in the same room I did last year. It's clean and has a TV with cable. Rather large dresser....with wide / low top...great for travelers. It might be a "dated" paint/ decor...but it's nice. No breakfast, staff is always available. "

"The homeowner canceled on me the day the trip was to begin. Please provide my refund asap"

"The room was very small & comforters werent good."

"Everything about this stay was great! Very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was great, even the coffee (which is unusual at a hotel!) I will definitely book here the next time I am in the area."

"Property was incredible, historic, great service, the spa was amazing as were the on-site restaurants. Just an incredible weekend at this property and can’t wait to go back"

"Whenever you took a shower everything the floors and surfaces of countertops or the head board of the bed would develop moisture. We stayed on the second floor and whoever was in the room above us was very loud and was creating noise from 2am-9am, when we were trying to sleep. Not a bad stay but wouldn’t necessarily recommend, room would get very hot easily too"

"AC is not working. Staff were very helpful and responsive"
