"Comfy bed, mouldy smell from aircon"

"Was great"

"The caravan park was nice and quiet. It had lovely trees and a clean pool. It is an older park but was very clean and I felt safe there."

"What a hidden gem in Townsville! We absolutely loved our stay at Victoria Street Boutique Hotel. Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the luxe shower products to the complimentary local craft beers in the mini bar on arrival. Such lovely touches that make the stay feel extra special. Highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel to anyone visiting A standout stay that truly exceeds expectations. We can’t wait to return!"

"It is a beautiful location. The rooms are modern and extremely clean. The staff is so helpful and accommodating especially Kellie in reception. We liked it so much we are coming back for our last few days."

"The staff were amazing, happy to help in anyway. Great location."

"Staff always friendly and accommodating, rooms clean and comfortable, kids love the pool."

"We loved the he apartment and the view from the balcony was amazing I would not book during school holidays again as the noise from the kids playing in the pool was excessive. They were in the pool from 730 am till it closed at 8 pm At times we had to close our doors to get some quiet time Not very relaxing It would be good to have a convenience store close by."

"I like the beds are comfortable I don'tike the shower curtain they are old"

"Good location, Room wasnt ready when we arrived around 1600 so we were put in other (better) room."
