"Our room was honestly terrible. Thank goodness we'd only booked 2 nights. The counter the coffee maker was on was visibly dusty and one of the mugs had liquids in it still. The sheets and duvet had visible brown and yellow stains. The blankets were pilling. My son's bed had hair on the pillow. He immediately wanted to leave but we got lysol and lysoled it all and were just very careful. The bathroom shower handle to turn on the water was loose and hard to adjust. The wainscoting on a corner of the room was so sharp. My husband hit it the first night in the dark and was bleeding. That needs to be sanded down. We ate at the bar night one and had reservations at the nicer restaurant for the following evening. We all got sick from our food from the bar so canceled our next dining reservation since they share a kitchen. The carpets throughout the property need replaced. The golf course landscaping needed work. I have been coming here for 40 years but it'd been 8 since our last visit and the whole place is just not at all what it used to be. Taking away Rebecca's and removing her from the lobby was a huge mistake. The whole place just feels like an old falling apart gentleman's club now. It's very sad."
