"So much to love, but under managed. The location is why I’ve stayed here more than once. It’s clean, and was better staffed this time. Management of this property is the issue, last time the 2 elevators, one broke and the other only went up, so I had to walk down 6 flights. This time the pool was closed. They offer no compensation for promised services not available. We need to get back to enforcing these things."

"When my daughter and I arrived check in was very easy. The man and the front desk was very friendly. The staff at the front desk, were amazing for the 5 days that we were there. The breakfast was fresh and the lobby was always clean and smelled soooo good whenever you entered it. I bought a watermelon and had to ask if I could borrow a big knife and the front desk even helped me throw away the watermelon rind so I wouldn't have to have it in my room. They were all so helpful. Especially the woman when I checked out 4/19/26, she was amazing! Thank you for such a great experience."
