Really walkable area and cool pool came in clutch on hit days. Can be a bit loud during the day but does get quiet at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and plenty will consider a spot when traveling to Chico

I came over from another hotel that was quite gross. The lady who checked me in was very nice. I has a quiet evening, the room looked like it could use some TLC, but for the price it was good. Got to breakfast a bit late, but still able to snag a bagel.

It was ok, I'd probably not stay there again. The room had a strange smell and the wi-fi didn't work the whole time we were there. Lots of homeless in the area, it's right across from Salvation Army. A couple nice eateries nearby, I recommend the Caribbean BBQ place across the street!
