2/10 Terrible

"My stay was pretty awful. Both my son and I left with bed bugs. The hotel staff dismissed my claim until I physically collected bed bugs and showed them to them. The manager then changed my room. I couldn't leave due to the tournament "stay and play" and nothing being available during Memorial Day weekend. He refused to refund my stay even though my inconveniences went far beyond the Friday night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they're in a major pinch. And then I'd still suggest somewhere else."
