"Exactly what you'd expect for the price. Nothing fancy but not dirty and nasty either. No bugs ever and as long as you respectful to the staff they remain respectful to you. If you follow their rules you'll have no issues. "

"Staff was courteous. Rooms were kept up at a bare minimum. In a 2 double bed room, one bed was made and the other not made, if made at all. The ice bucket was only maintained twice in the week we were there. Towels were replaced consistently. Everything worked in the room. I'd say its a basic room, definitely not fancy. Wifi was fine though we didn't use it for anything but scrolling social media and watching videos. "

"We stayed for 6 nights. The room was big. I liked that some dishes and silverware were provided and some other items if you were to buy food to save money and make in the room. Bed was comfortable. Staff who worked there was nice. Gym was small but got the job done. Plenty of laundry options (we didnt use them just saw them). I will say the inside could use a makeover. Some fresh paint, new carpet/flooring, and new furniture. The air conditioning unit in our room looked like someone did a DIY to get it running from the living room to the bedroom. Would suggest getting an HVAC company to make it right. Finally the hot tub dial was broken so we couldnt use it. Another guest let the front desk know the first day we were there but nothing was fixed which was a bummer. "

"Front desk staff very pleasant and accommodating. Property is very dated and not super clean. Floor in room was filthy. Bottoms of our feet were black after only a few minutes in room. Bathroom fixtures dated and tired."

"The outside was trashed. Someone tried coming in my room at 4am. I checked out a day early and still had to pay for that day. Will never return "

"The property was under going renovation so things were out of sorts. The shower water pressure was pretty low. The double room was pretty small and bathroom tiny. Breakfast sub-par. Our room keys were disabled on the 2nd day so couldn't get in the side door and had to wait a bit at the front desk until someone came and got them, to work- a bit of a pain after a long tiring day. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Hyatt place is usually our favorite hotel because it is clean and dependable. This experience was very different. The property was very rundown and dirty. Only one working elevator and that one had a broken grab bar. No ice machine. In the room the carpets were stained and dirty. The ceilings were cracked. There were lots of scratches on the door around the door knob. The air conditioning was very loud. There was no soap in the shower, the large container was empty. The room was in terrible disrepair with Messi caulking around the edges. Lots of dust bunnies hanging from the popcorn ceiling."
