"This was a comfortable and quiet hotel. Not a lot of options for breakfast, but what was there was good. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We have family in the area and would definitely stay here again."

"The breakfast was decent, but not as good as it has been during previous stays. Having another staff member to be able to clean off tables would probably be something they should consider since it was busy during breakfast time, and people were sitting down at dirty tables. I asked for a towel to wipe down our table and a worker wet down a paper towel to wipe it instead of using a bleach rag, which i found odd. As I said, they were so busy, I'm sure it was hard to get to tables, especially since guests were sitting down as soon as a table opened. I offered to wipe tables for them but they wouldnt let me haha. I am a server though so didn't mind trying to help. But the staff was trying their best. "

"The room is very clean. The staff are very friendly and supportive. However the breakfast was not as promised. Due to my dietary restrictions i asked to provide beef bacon instead of bacon. They haven't provide it during my 3 days stay and when i asked they always mentioned it's not available today however by tomorrow will have it .but it seems tomorrow never comes. "

"We arrived 20 minutes before check in and was not so kindly greeted by a man who was extremely passive aggressive with us and made sure to note that our 'early' arrival was an inconvenience to him. We then got up to our room to be hit by a wave of heat (79 degrees) as the air conditioner hadn't been on and the blinds were left open to let sunlight in. Hotels.com mentioned there was complimentary breakfast but we were never given any information at the hotel about breakfast, nor saw any signage describing when/where breakfast would be. We looked at the hotel's website directly where it stated there was in fact NOT breakfast and in lieu, gave a list of recommended breakfast places in the area. Upon waking, we got the kids up and ready in order to leave for one of the recommended breakfast places and found out there was in fact breakfast being served near the lobby. I called in advance to ask about an EV charging outlet for our vehicle and was told there was an outlet I could park near, but once arriving, was told there was not and wasn't sure 'who and why' they would've told me that information. I would pay a few hundred dollars more to never stay here again. "
