"Lovely, central location. Spotless throughout. Front desk was very amenable for any extra towels or linens for our group of 6. Super friendly staff throughout. Pool was well maintained. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, and my in-laws loved the coffee haha. Great to be able to make waffles for the kids. When I got to keys again we're definitely staying here."

"The host is a fantastic communicator.Before booking the rental I asked her two or three questions about the property and every time she answered my questions in about 5 minutes. After arriving at the rental I had a question and again she immediately responded. Before deciding on this property I was originally interested in a different house and asked the host two questions about the property and never received a reply.The house itself was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed for our one week stay. The home was exactly as described in the narrative and in the online pictures. I rented a boat for the week we were there and the dock was well constructed and perfect for the boat. The hosts even furnished a couple of rods and reels and my grandchildren were thrilled with the fish they caught in the canal.Thank you for making our week in the Keys enjoyable and memorable"

"Truely enjoyed staying at Seahorse 1. Location was conveniently located just a few minutes from Vaca Cut. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything worked in all the rooms, AC nice and cold. Wonderful views. Highly recommend this place. We will be back for sure."

"The property was clean and comfortable and well appointed with amenities. The property owner was good with communication. Pool area was very nice and the pool temp was perfect. We didn’t use the boat slip out front but I’m sure that’s a treat to park your boat right outside your front door. Marathon was a good mid point in terms of location in the keys. We hadn’t been to the keys before and for us it was between Islamorada or Marathon"
