"Very nice property and the staff were extremely pleasant. It was just what we needed for the weekend. Plenty of room and allowed for family to come for dinner. Full kitchen with everything you needed including a dishwasher. Two full baths was nice to have as well. Great place."

"Very clean, well quipped property. The lay out is exactly as shown in the listing. It is in a great location for access to outer cape communities, but an easy point from which to access the rest of the Cape. One caveat, if you are elderly and/or have mobility issues, (both of which apply to us) the stairs may interfere with your enjoyment of the property. It’s on us that we didn’t consider this before we booked the property as we found the stairs to be a problem. "

"Really nice condo in the Ocean Edge resort, with access to all the amenities. Four adults fitted comfortably in the condo, great location, excellent stay overall."

"All was great. 5 adults, everyone said beds were comfy. House was high-end hotel clean. We're all foodies and appreciated the gas bbq and well appointed kitchen with plenty of plates cups even a pot big enough to make Sunday sauce, and the cleaning supplies needed to clean up after ourselves. There was hand soap, towels and TP in both bathrooms, the shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Theres a supermarket and liquor store with a nice wine selection right down the street. Host was very responsive. The livingroom had the most comfortable loveseats Ive ever sat in, but there are only 2 two-seaters and an ottoman. I think there were TVs in every bedroom. It was a great time and Id stay again in a second.. only caveat, the front steps are not very ADA friendly - the treds are very narrow, and there's no way around them. Id be cautious if you're bringing someone with limited mobility or balance issues. "

"Stayed for 3 nights in early October. The man in the office was polite and helpful with dining places and other things you wanted to know about. You could tell the motel was renovated not that many years ago. Our room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. If you enjoy wine they had a corkscrew and real wine glasses on a tray with the ice bucket, I liked that. The continental breakfast had everything you need for a good start to your day, even fresh sourdough bread to toast. That was a first at a motel and definitely a treat. We would stay there again in the future. "

"The house is very roomy and had everything we needed. It was nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The location is great for heading out to just about anywhere on the Cape. It is on a busy street, but it is very quiet at night, so we did not mind. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. A great place to stay!"

"The Beach House was super clean, which was very important to me. The beach was perfect for our 3 year old niece to be able to roam at low tide, and so close to the house, too! We really couldn't have asked for a better VRBO experience. See you next year!"
