"The breakfast was excellent. Their were many things that need to be fixed. Screen, woodwork, molding in and around the Hotel. Our room needed a good dusting all around ., furniture and woodwork. . Furniture was old and not very comfortable. Beds were too soft. The places is charming but needs an overhaul badly. Staff was excellent. "

"Everything was clean, the staff was great as always, the view is excellent even from the first floor, and the kitchen has just about everything you need. But the property is beginning to show its age and could use a quick and cheap refurbishing on things like furnishings for the doors/closets/etc. The mattresses are old and feel old. The paint is coming off in places. It's just feeling old, is all. We love the place, for the record, and will definitely be back. But we'd like to see it better cared for."

"Usually, we stay in B&Bs in Cape May, but decided to try something different this time, and we are so glad we did. This home was wonderful: charming, comfortable, and much more spacious than a typical B&B room, which made our stay feel relaxed and homey.The cleanliness truly stood out. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, creating such a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. It felt like every detail had been taken care of, which made it easy to settle in and fully enjoy our time there.The location was perfectly central to everything while still in a quiet, adorable neighborhood. We were able to easily walk or drive to all the places we wanted to visit, making the trip seamless and stress-free. We loved that there was a private driveway to park in as well.We were so impressed by communication from the hosts. They were responsive, friendly, and clearly committed to making sure we had a great stay. They even dropped off a thoughtful goodie basket to us, which was such a special touch and set the tone for the entire visit.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located home with outstanding hosts."

"The bathroom and bedroom were very clean. We stayed in the southern cottage. Our room did not have air-conditioning, but it did have a ceiling fan. The kitchen downstairs was tiny. It had a tiny mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. There was also a tiny mini fridge in the bedroom. You cannot cook a full meal in the kitchen. "
