"Housekeeping service was just average. Sink and shower were not cleaned fully ( hairs left in sink and shower) and not all supplies like cups and coffee items were replenished."

"Great location, clean and quiet, staff very polite and helpful, breakfast was good. It's a cluster of 3 buildings, all old but well-maintained. Pricey, but they all are in this area. No parking, must park on the street. Most spots are metered from 10AM to 10PM. Those 12 hours will cost about $30/day. No free parking is common among B&Bs in this area, so Queen Victoria is no better or worse."

"This was our first trip to Cape May NJ. Was looking for a pet friendly hotel. Found this wonderful small hotel that was in walking distance to the Washington Mall and great restaurants. The staff were very helpful with giving advice on pet friendly restaurants. When we checked in they had a dog cookie for our pup. There were dog water bowls in front of the office and the water was always fresh. At 4:00 they had a small happy hour. The hotel had a roof top patio that was so comfy to just sit and enjoy. Across the street from the hotel was a dog park. Our pup enjoyed her time meeting other friends. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a fridge and microwave. There was also coffee and tea in the room. My husband found a great little coffee shop which was a short walk from the hotel. There was plenty of towels in the room. The bathroom had items from the shore shop. Used most of them and the smell was not overwhelming. If you are going to Cape May please consider staying at the Boarding Hotel."

"We had a wonderful beach stay and would highly recommend. The staff were excellent-friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The property itself was clean and well-maintained throughout our visit. The amenities were a highlight: the pool and beach access were great, and they provided nice towels that made lounging by the water even better. One of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying the music and firepit at the Rusty Nail-it was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway. We'll definitely be back."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The bed in the Joseph Page suite was very comfortable and the shower stall worked great. The verandas were wonderful- one on the second floor as well. The full hot breakfast was delicious- baked egg casserole with artichokes and cheese and roasted cherry tomatoes. We would book again. One word of caution- their parking is limited as it is too small for larger vehicles. Parking is allowed on the street although it can be limited."

"Beach view was great, the exterior was great, the staff were 5 star, and the pool was very nice. The interior restaurant was very dark and looked like more like a bar then a restaurant. The Room was fresh however two full size beds filled most of the room and for people who are older and heavier could not sleep together in one bed. The higher chairs and table was right next to the bed less then a foot away. They could not be used. Shower was great however, the basin was not in the room where the shower was. It was very awkward."
