Spectacular lake & sunset views. Lake Simcoe offers great swimming, fishing, boating & water sport opportunities. The cottage has 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, 2.5 washrooms, sauna room, living room w/ fireplace, dining room, kitchen, & laundry room. Walk out to a spacious deck complete with hot tub, BBQ grill & patio furniture.
