"The rooms were spotless, the bed was so big and comfy with extra pillows if needed, loved the colour changing lights in toilet/shower room. There was loads of room and the lounge area and seating was real groovy right up my street. Staff were happy to help at all times and really nice and pleasant. Loved my stay"

"⭐⭐⭐☆☆ We booked a stay during the recent 30°C London heatwave largely because of the advertised rooftop pool and Blue Marlin beach-club atmosphere. This is where expectations and reality diverged. What wasn’t clear at all before booking is that the rooftop pool/bar operation is apparently run separately from the hotel. Staff repeatedly explained issues by saying “it’s not part of the hotel”. "The room was generally clean, but some of the lights did not work, so we only had the small lights around the room. The room was very noisy. It was like every time a toilet is flushed, it comes into the room."
