"I have stayed at this location many times over the last 5 years & have always had a pleasant stay. For some reason this time was anything but. There was some odd thing going on with the people at the front desk. Anything but hospitable. I mainly had difficulty with one dark haired rigid, automaton with a fixed smile who seemed to want to punish me for not booking on the best western site. Then I got assigned to a room near the ice machine, noisy, but the worst was that there was NO HOT WATER on the last day . The front desk solution was that I could shower in another room! AARGH. Let us see, hum, wander naked under my towel carrying my toiletries to another room? I don’t think so. .. I will certainly will have to do a better inspection of the room before accepting my assignment. That dammed little clerk just kinda ruined my stay. She was certainly loyal to the corporation but lacking totally in hospitality in any form. "

"Room was clean but the bathroom sink drained out very slow. Minimal breakfast with just coffee and muffins but there’s places to eat next to the property. Overall it was ok. "

"Host was very communicative, supportive and helpful. The house was clean and the location and surroundings were very nice. However, the bed was not a queen as listed in the post, it was a double which made it difficult for us to sleep. The posting indicated there was a gym which led me to believe there would be equipment (i.e. a stair stepper) but there was only workout weights in the cabinet. There were items about the house that should have been listed such as how to lock the house, when doing laundry the water will drain into the sink (this scared me as I thought the water in the sink would overflow and flood the house), instructions on how the power switch in the bathroom operates and how it differs from the heater switch, how and where vent and light switches worked. Once we figured everything out it was much better but it would have been nice to have a notebook that would explain how things worked."
