The best aspect was a built-in sandy beach in the enclosed yard for the kiddies with a boardwalk to the edge of the ocean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!"

"We pulled into the Seabrook complex and were immediately taken with the natural beauty surrounding us. The Pelican condo complex is perfectly situated with its own boardwalk access to a calm cove/beach. It was perfect to take our dog out for runs! The condo was neat, well equipped and perfect for our intro to the area. The neighbors were lovely and helpful. Saw bald eagles, dolphins and pelicans right out our back door! Great place. "
