"This was our 4th or 5th time staying at this house, though the last time was 15 years ago. It was so nice to be back at such a special cottage, with the marsh out back and the ocean out front. We love the coziness of the cottage, which had most everything that we needed. The master bedroom is particularly special and the location is probably the best on the island. The only constructive comment would be that the living room furniture is feeling a little tired and we really miss the coziness of the screened in porch when it was set up with actual furniture, creating a great place to hang out. Also, there used to be a hammock on the deck that was perfect for reading in the trance of the marsh. Otherwise, it was wonderful to be back at this very special place again. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here, our only complaint would be that we saved 2 weeks worth of recycling and at the end of the week there was no where for it to go. This may seemInsignificant to some but when it is an important value for sometime (caring for our planet) and you can’t act on it it really takes a lot away from the stay. Very disappointing that somewhere so fragile isn’t taking something like this seriously. "

"The house is lovely and perfect for our needs. The host is extremely accommodating and goes the extra mile. A problem arose caused by weather and she was on top of it immediately. Our stay felt like we were actually staying in someone’s home and not just a rental thrown together for profit."

Location is unbeatable, the sunsets were breathtaking, and we had everything we needed to cook amazing dinners every night of our stay. This was a tough year for my family, we lost my dad in late October but had booked Tequila Sunset months prior to that. It turns out that instead of having a depressing Christmas missing my dad, we started a meaningful, intentional tradition based on presence and not presents. Thank you!!!!"
