"A good example about how not to judge a book by it’s cover. The surrounding area seemed run down with an old building across the street. It is located on the former Chanute AFB. The building was a former dormitory. Our room was great! It was spacious and very clean. Staff was very nice. And the old building across the street turned out to be a haunted house! We would definitely stay again."

"Stayed here for one night. It's set up like a big efficiency apartment. It had a full-size washer, dryer, which my visiting college student daughter took advantage of to do a bunch of laundry. The cooking area is a galley-style kitchenette with a range and microwave plus a full size fridge. Parking was free and in a small lot right outside the building. ​Just a heads-up on two things: 1. ​It's pretty quiet most of the time, but there's a fire department nearby. So you will hear sirens...
