"Beautiful location and nice, comfortable updated room. However, more attention to detail in cleaning is needed as well as a replacement of towels. The edges of the room were covered in crumbs and small debris. The shower floor had more than a dozen black “mold” stains in the grout (an inch or two long each). Otherwise, the shower appeared very clean so maybe these had been thoroughly scrubbed and were just unfortunate stains. The towels were all fraying at the edges, so much that several times I had to pick bunches of thread off my skin or the floor to throw away. In all, it’s a very decent resort. It just needs replacement linens and more thorough cleaning."

"House was great, we had a wonderful time. It was really the perfect location - couple of restaurants right up the street and many more within a 15 minute drive. So convenient to the mountain and many hiking trails. The deck was really the crown jewel, we sat out there watching birds and deer every afternoon. The kitchen was delightfully well equipped for a rental. We're already considering another stay next year - a little later in the season - to see if we spot any salmon in the river."

"The log cabin is almost 100 years old, so don't expect much privacy for conversations, bathroom activities, walking around, or anything else. The beds were comfy and it had a funky charm. The nearby grounds and river are beautiful. Definitely a good stay for the price."

"Lots of homey and cozy touches - robes, extra blankets, slides for getting to the hot tub. Games, books, and a nice TV for the down time. It’s clear this place is booked and busy and frequently used. The couch creaked every time we sat down or got up, it sounds like it’s on the verge of breaking. The bed sheets had some hairs stuck in them on the side closest to the wall. One of the headrests for the hot tub seemed broken and was just sitting in the outdoor table and was unable to be reattached to the hot tub. Some mold blooming in the bathroom on the walls and ceiling, maybe because the vent fan seems to struggle. But otherwise all floors and surfaces were spotless, dishes were clean.Your neighbors are all quite close. The backyard looks more private than it is. A neighbor was doing construction so there was some loud banging during the afternoon and evenings.Very comfy bed with nice bedding. Ample room in the fridge, with lots of additional appliances. All the towels in the bathroom were nice quality. Hot tub was hot and in working order and so great to use with the string lights on a cool evening. Cute and cozy, and the location to Mt Hood, hiking, fishing, and activities is prime. Would stay again."
