"We spent 4 nights at Fig Cottage. The location was perfect, being on the same plot of land as the host's home, down a no-exit street so very quiet. It's just a few minutes drive from the centre of Havelock North. The property was extremely clean with fresh flowers and chocolates waiting for us. Breakfast was really good - cereal, yoghurt and cheesy muffins, with plunger coffee and tea.Christiana is an amazing host, promptly replenishing any supplies we needed. Communication was via text to her mobile, so very easy. We would definitely stay there again."

The bed was comfy and the sun shone into the cottage from morning when I had breakfast at the table until late afternoon when I could lounge on the couch.
