"It was dirty, the shower was gross and had old hair in it, the carpet had crumbs everywhere, the sink had dirt in it, there were people knocking on the glass door in the morning, and the key cards were not working well, glitching and gave us trouble getting back into our room. it was just not a pleasant stay. Definitely need to change these things and have better security because having people roaming around knocking on the doors is quite scary. "

"The host was responsive, but this place is too small for most people. This rental is in a 4plex bungalow. The furniture is mostly for show, I dont think adults could sit at kitchen table."

"We had a great stay. The property looks newly built. Inside was bright and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed.Just FYI (because I didn’t notice when I booked), there is no on site parking. There is street parking available, and Kitchener bylaws allow you to register for an overnight parking exemption, but these would be cancelled in heavy snow. The host does provide some alternative locations to park nearby.Overall, would strongly recommend this place."

"Excellent accommodation, clean and comfortable. Only minor issue was raised microwave above stove made it awkward to use for less-tall guests. Host was excellent and responded quickly and helpfully to questions. Made for an enjoyable stay, and would highly recommend."
