"As long as you know what to expect it's great. My partner and I stayed after seeing a show and it was so convenient vs going home again. We would not stay here for a London weekend 'treat' as there's no windows, no surfaces to put things down on - everything is stripped back and simple. Lay some string down the corridors too as it's like a maze!! But we were perfectly happy for a night's stay when we knew we would not be spending any time in the room."

"Great staff. Good area. Close to tourists stuff. Coffee shop next door. Grocery store next door. The pillows were great. The only thing that could of been better is the mattress. It was terrible."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing to note was that there were no plug points next to our bed. We had an issue with our luggage and the front desk assisted immediately to help us with this which was really appreciated. Was easy to get into Terminal 5."

"Lovely hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. I stayed in a single room which was small but more than enough room for 1 person. Very clean and had almost everything I needed. Chocolate and refillable water bottle was much appreciated. Perfect location especially as I was seeing the show just over the road. Only downside was the draught from the window which didn't close properly , however when I closed the shutters it was fine. No door on the bathroom which I found a bit strange but guessing this for space saving. Only 2 coat hangers in the wardrobe, might need a few more than that even for 1 night! Otherwise a great stay and will definitely come back"

"Basic hotel accommodation but more than good enough if like us you need somewhere to stay before the airport. Helps that hotel is served by Hotel Hoppa buses which serve terminals 2, 3 and 5."
